Years ago, when Charles Stanley set out with an idea to start his own cabinet shop, his mission was simple…build the highest quality custom cabinets and provide the absolute best customer service. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. It’s why we strive for innovation and work hard to be one step ahead of industry standards. We are family-owned and operated and have been since the very beginning in 1981. Pictured left, you’ll notice Charles who has passed the business off to his son, Chris. Chris has worked at Charles’ Cabinets since he was a teenager. His years of experience and hard work have put Charles’ Cabinets into a position to grow serving the entire state of North Carolina.

Chris Stanley
Chris Stanley is Charles’ Cabinets owner and son of founder, Charles Stanley. He began working in the cabinet shop as teenager. With over 30 years of experience in the custom cabinetry world, Chris is a true master craftsman and leads the company with great care.

Andrew Baker
Originally from Four Oaks, Andrew is a local guy working in his hometown dream job. Andrew started with the Charles’ Cabinets in 2015 and serves as the CNC Production Manager and Operations Manager. He enjoys solving problems and creating efficient processes and work flows.

Keli Byrd
Keli resides with her family in Four Oaks and has been working with Charles’ Cabinets since 2017. She serves as our Cabinet Designer and Project Manager. She enjoys guiding clients through the design process in hopes of making it exciting and stress-free. Her end goal with each project is to work together as a team to provide quality custom cabinetry with excellent client services.

Christy Ellis
Christy Ellis is from Smithfield and has been with Charles’ Cabinets since 2016. She is our Office Administrator completing A/R, A/P and payroll duties. Christy notes the great, family work environment and the friendships she’s built in her time with Charles’ Cabinets.

Trevor Hartley
Trevor is originally from Goochland, Virginia, and is a Graduate of Campbell University in Buies Creek, where he completed his Undergraduate and Graduate studies in Business Administration. Trevor began working with Charles’ Cabinets in 2017 and highlights the great working environment and culture of the company. He serves as Operations and Project Manager.

Hailey Wilson
Hailey Wilson is originally from West Virginia, and now lives in Benson, NC. She began working at Charles’ Cabinets in the 2021. Hailey is a CAD Designer and drafts cabinet layouts. Hailey enjoys the flexible environment and says she feels truly cared for as an employee.

Donald Pittman
Donald Pittman is from Four Oaks and has been working with Charles’ Cabinets since 2020. He serves as the Shop Manager, and he controls production, oversees the installation of cabinets, and ordering supplies. Donald enjoys the small town vibe and people he works with.

Camdyn Stanley
Camdyn Stanley is from Four Oaks and has been working at Charles’ Cabinets since 2021. She is the Office Assistant and helps with the production of cabinets by operating our CNC Router. Camdyn is the daughter of Chris, our owner, and loves the fact that she gets to work for the business her Pa founded.
